The ‘People Change Management at a Managerial Level’ module is one of the modules under the Leadership and People Management (LPM) framework. The aim of the program is to support and encourage enterprising behaviour through change management initiatives amongst team leaders.
WSQ is a workforce subsidy scheme introduced by the Singaporean government that aims to promote positive workforce development through capability training and skills upgrading. Our program is qualified under the WSQ scheme and can receive subsidized rates from as low as $30.

Schedule
Participants are required to download and fill in the written assessment online and submit it 3 days before course starts. The trainer would review the submitted drafts and provide feedback accordingly during the face-to-face training.
Participants would then incorporate what they have learnt during the face-to-face training and edit the written assessment which they will be assessed on.
Failure to submit the written assessment draft online would disqualify the participant from joining the face-to-face training session.

Cancelling your application
You may request to cancel your course application by email, subject to the cancellation fee on the following conditions. (The grant will not be offered)
a) More than 30 days before the course commencement date – no cancellation fee
b) 30 days to 15 days before the course commencement date – 25% of course fees
c) 14 days to 7 days before the course commencement date – 50 % of course fees
d)6 days or less before the commencement date–100 % of course fees
e) Upon the commencement date-same as d)
Cancellation by Alue
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course for unavoidable reasons, the following terms will apply. In the event of natural disasters, infectious diseases, epidemics or other events which we consider may cause harm to persons or the community, we may cancel the course. In the event of such cancellation, no cancellation fee will be imposed.
