Bachelor degree in Training and Development, Leadership Development. Human Resources, Communication, Instructional Design, Sales, ACTA or a related field. Master degree preferred.
Five years in training administration and learning and development field including experience working with adult learning principles and best practices for corporate training in medium to large size organizations. Must have classroom presentation skills, possessing strong relationship building abilities and influencing skills to pull people together around common goals.

・Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with us and our customers.
・Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
