WSQ Training Administration
Overview:
Marketing and training administration is essential to maintain daily operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders, driving the success of various training programmes in support of the WSQ framework.
Admin:
Provide backup support for front desk administrators by answering calls and direct visitor to the appropriate party.
Provide administration support in preparing and post follow up after the courses, which includes send confirmation, course registration, issue invoice, receipts, Letter of Attainment and WTS certification slip
Responsible to setup the room with materials required completed before the day before the course commence.
Collecting completed Assessment Materials from the Trainer/Assessor.
Verify accuracy of the attendees details by making sure that each field in the registration arecompleted for all training courses.
Responsible to consolidate the trainees’ assessment records for all training courses and upload the results to SkillsConnect for WSQ courses
Maintain up-to-date results uploading summary of records into the excel template for all completed classes and ensure accuracy on the input of data.
Verify the results uploaded on the CET monthly report to ensure there are accurate.
Maintain attendees’ documents for all training courses which includes WSQ and CPE approved courses
Coordinate the printing and distribution of the certificates to attendees within the time frame given.
Working experience in the field of WSQ training management will be advantageous.
Experience in skillsconnect system is a bonus.
Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and tracking of all training courses organised in the company to ensure smooth running of training classes and maximum utilisation of training resources.
Maintain and upkeep the trainee / client database.
Manage training logistics.Liaise with facilitators and students to ensure needs are met.
Register students for class and oversee training claims and grants procedure.
Attend to enquiries from students / walk-ins.
Interface with students / clients if necessary.
Marketing:
Working with principal adult educators and subject matter expert to develop strategy and execution of marketing initiatives in the region
Identify opportunities to participate at tradeshows or events for Eduquest to participate in
generating new leads or increase in customers’ database for the region
Sourcing of advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the marketing platform
Develop advertisement and marketing flyers of the products for the region
Responsible to generate content and increase readership of the weekly Electronic Database
Marketing (EDM) for the region
Manage social media platform by constantly creating campaigns and feeding information to
ensure active engagements for the region
Conduct market research
Manage designers and printers of the marketing collaterals
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns
