Alue Singapore received students from Singapore Japanese Secondary school as part of a vocational learning journey. Mr. Jota Hatori, Managing Director of Alue Singapore Pte Ltd was the guest lecturer for two days and taught experiences and workings of a HR consultant through lectures, skill exercises and group work.
On the first day, during group work, he held a fictional experience simulation of a HR consultant that was tasked to set up a fictitious IT company. Students then had to launch a proposal from the viewpoint of human resources development to the management, client, and had to execute the scenario. Subsequently, students learned about the future of the business world, global talent and global leadership.
On the second day, Alue conducted a simulation that mimicked a company structure, where students worked in collaboration with colleagues, responded to the expectations of fictional bosses and other parties, learned by simulating and experiencing something that they could not typically learn in a classroom setting.
